What are the additional charges that will be added to my order?
The only additional fee that will be added to your order will be our delivery charge, depending upon the zip code of the recipient.

Our shop delivers Monday through Saturday to the Bryn Mawr and surrounding Main Line area, which includes the following towns:

Deliveries outside of these areas can be accommodated through our network of local florists throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as service to international locations.
Do you offer other arrangements than what is shown on your website?
Yes! The website selections are only a small fraction of what we can do! We bring in fresh floral product six days a week and are proud of our large and varied selection of cut flowers. If you have something special in mind or would just like to know what is fresh and beautiful, we encourage you to give us a call!
What if my chosen flowers aren't available?
We always strive to create your floral selection to the exact specifications as shown on our website. There may be occasions when a particular flower is not in stock or is unavailable. In this case, we will make the necessary substitution, while maintaining the same look, feel and theme of the chosen arrangement. If the product that is not available is the featured or most prominent flower of a particular selection, (for example, a vase of all one type of flower such as yellow roses), we will notify you by phone or email so that we may discuss optional choices.
Whenever possible, we recommend ordering a couple of days in advance of your delivery date so that we can create your selection as perfectly as possible!

Why do you ask for the recipient's phone number?
It is very helpful for the successful and professional delivery of your order that we have the recipient phone number. We do not routinely call every recipient, however, there are occasions when it is necessary to do so. For example, during weather conditions that prohibit leaving flowers outdoors safely, as well as courtesy phone calls to notify recipient of a delivery having been made while they were out. We ask that you please do not list your own phone number in the "recipient phone" section of the ordering process.
